Tamar wallabies, now almost extinct on the mainland, Grey kangaroos, koalas, echidnas, Fairy penguins, seals and sea lions plus a variety of bird life, live within the safety of the island's ocean boundaries. Graham and Lyn Wheaton have lived on Kangaroo Island their whole lives. Graham is a third generation islander - his grandfather settled on the island and set up their farm.
