At you arrival at the reception we will give you the keys of bungalow and at the same time, you will be informed of the meal times and other useful suggestions. - Although you will find bed-clothes in your bungalow, you will have to bring the bath towels. During your stay, you are responsible for the cleaning of your bungalow, so you will find the equipment needed for that (except for cleaning products). - Our cheer-leaders will try to give you the most pleasing stay possible among us always with your collaboration. They will show up at the bar terrace to offer you an appetizer and explain thoroughly all the activities at our resort. - For all the games and sport options offered, we have available the material needed, which will be provided whenever you leave a deposit which will be refunded when you return the material, except for damage or loss. The racquets are subject to a reasonable rent. - For children from 4 to 12 years old, we have the Mini Club where a specialized staff will entertain and distract them. - For your babies, we have a special room for you to prepare their meals. - The management does not accept responsibility for valuables that are not left in a safe. You may hire a safe at the reception desk. - Animals are not allowed. - Inside the area, we don t allow the wheeled traffic or tricycles, bicycles and motorbikes. - In the Holiday Village shop you can buy everything you might need during your stay (toiletries, sports articles, clothes, souvenirs of Cala Montjoi& ). - There is a launderette available which can be used by the guests at a reasonable price. |
