One of the complex's features is a saltwater lagoon with a private beach. Amongst the facilities, which has been laid out following the principles of Feng Shui count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange and lift. Moreover, there is a small supermarket with a bakery, a cafe, a bar and a nightclub.
