Completely renovated in 2000, this fully air-conditioned hotel consists of 97 rooms on 2 floors. The hotel also has a substantial 1,500-m garden. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a TV room, a cloakroom, a currency exchange desk, a games room, a terrace overlooking the bay, bicycle rental (from a local provider), a bicycle cellar and car parking facilities. Separated by a small road from the Cala Esmeralda cove, a narrow sandy inlet situated at the foot of the hotel and close to the centre of Cala d'Or. A well cared for building, and air-conditioned, it has four stories, three lifts, reception (credit cards accepted), a bar, a games room and a dining room with a no smoking section. In the gardens, a fresh water swimming pool, terrace with loungers, towels, sun umbrellas, children's swimming pool and playground. Overlooking the cove there is a sunbathing terrace with seawater swimming pool. A pool-bar where snacks are served at midday. Half board. Varied breakfast buffet, with wholemeal products and on-the-spot cooking. At night, hot and cold first courses from the buffet and some dishes prepared in the restaurant, in front of guests. The main course, chosen from several national and international specialities, is served at the table. A vegetarian dish is also offered. Dessert buffet. |
